1. Is all information about this shop clear?

This webshop clearly indicates the coordinates of the seller. A full description of the goods, services & prices (including taxes) is available. The website indicates how to pay and how & when the delivery will take place. Our return policy indicates how to send the goods back if you are not satisfied. Not only does Decopur respect the law but also the "code of respect" towards the consumer.

2. Are your products genuine, authentic and 100% real?

We guarantee that all of our products are Decopur brand originals. hey are 100% authentic and genuine.

3. What if I can't remember my password?

Please note that only if you have previously placed an order with us you are automatically set with an account. Without ordering you will only have an account if you have specifically registered for one and created a password. If you forgot your password, you can reorder your password by going to the login zone and click "forgot password?" link. You will be taken to the "forgot password" window, where you will be prompted to enter your email address. Type your email address and click the 'submit' button. An automatic response will be send to the e-mail address used to log in. When ordereing on this shop you need to provide all necessary information. The company keeps all information in a secured database in order to avoid unnecessary work when coming back to the shop but also to inform you about new offers & promotions. 6. Do you state prices on the pro forma invoice?

The recipient will receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation reflects the item(s) in the package. A pro forma invoice with prices is attached and sent by e-mail to the purchaser.

7. Will my purchase be subject to sales tax?

All orders shipped are subject to local or state sales tax where applicable. Taxes will be added to your final order total in your checkout process.

8. What if something's wrong when my order arrives?

9. How quick will my order be delivered?

Decopur respects the law with regards to maximum delivery times. Custom Made products or shipments to remote destinations may take a little longer. We assure your delivery in the best possible way but also rely on the shipment company. It may take a few days or longer depending on what you order and where you live.

10. Can my order be changed, modified or cancelled?

Decopur makes every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, or change information within your existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at +32 50 950 949. There is no guarantee that we will be able to change, modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once your order has left the warehouse for transport, you will no longer be able to change, modify or cancel your order.

11. What is my order number?

After you have completed and passed the review your order page, your order will be placed and a page will display your order confirmation and order number, you should keep a record of this number. If you are unable to locate your order number, you can contact our customer service online or call +32 50 950 949, so we may assist you with locating your order number. You will need to provide information such as your name, e-mail address and date of order so we can locate your order.

13. Not satisfied, money back?

The Belgian law provides 15 days time to consider your order, starting on the delivery day. Is your order send back within this period, we will offer you a voucher for future buys in our Decopur webshop. Transport costs are not included in this offer. No damaged, unpacked, used or custom made products will be subject for return.

14. How can a product be returned?

You must always contact customer service before returning a product! Contact us online or call us at +32 50 950 949 prior to shipping your package back. You will receive a return merchant authorization number (rma#),return instructions, and the return mailing address. If your request is send by e-mail, please specify your order number, your first and last name, the product and reason for the return. Then please follow the 4 simple steps below:

  1. Clearly print the return mailing address, your name, address, phone number, order number including your rma# and reason for the return.
  2. Place the merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a study box to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed.
  4. Please ensure you keep a record of the company and the tracking number from the package you are returning to us! Note: if the original product packaging has been opened, we will not accept a return!
